Rio has been a trainer since 2012. Certified by the National Academy of Sports. Medicine and the Personal Training Academy Global, he also holds various certifications. He is certified Functional Training Peter Twist Conditioning, VIPR, BOSU Ball, International. Kettlebell Sports Federation Academy, Thump Boxing, Sandbell Instrutor and Pilates. He has a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation and has helped many of his clients improve functionality through his exercise program. Back and knee injuries are
